Hotel facilities were great. Rooms were beautifully done up and most comfortable even though we were there for one night. Mention of thanks to the morning reception who escorted us out to the road to the shuttle taxi as the driver refused to come into the hotel drive way. She even offered to help us with our large luggage since the driver refused to offer assistance. Thank you 👍

The hotel furnishings were very nice. The wood paneling and floor gave an extra sense of comfort and homeliness. The breakfast was half decent and varieties very good

It was impossible to pay with Visa or Mastercard despite different attempts so the option was downloading WeChat, registering there and linking the visa to be able to pay. To highlight that the staff was super supportive and kind and guided me in the process for the method that allowed me to pay and in the end was fastastic because taxi, food, etc I was able to pay using the same method.

My room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. The room where breakfast is served is on the top floor, and you get a great view of the airport and out to sea from there.

Staff were so helpful even before i got there. David (night manager) was super friendly and helpful. Lynne Zhang was super friendly with correspondence on email / information too, before i got there. Breakfast was so good and the feel of the restaurant (including the super view) was very up market. What you would expect from a brand new Hilton Hotel. Congradulations Hilton Team and thanks again!

The hotel is clean, smell good and provide airport shuttle. However, it is good if the breakfast have more choice especially for us muslim. As there is very limited description in the menu, I am just opt for boiled egg and vegie.
